Price of service
Registration and confirmation of service
- All prices are in US Dollar (United State - USD).
- Price includes 10% VAT and service charge
- Price is net (not deduct commissions for referrals)
- Service prices listed explicitly in the "Include" section of tours, services, hotels, etc. Halong Express Travel is not obligated to pay any costs not covered by the "Include" section.
- Booking service: All your booking requests (through Email, Hotline, Fax, Chat ...) will be officially answered by email (orally via telephone just to refer to) within 24 hours. We will respond if the service we can not provide within 12 hours.
- Confirmation of service: After receiving our notice of service status, please carefully check the condition, price of service. Then please confirm with us whether to book the service or not.
- After confirming the booking, please pay the deposit. Upon receiving a deposit from the hotel, Halongexpresstravel.com will confirm the customer service via email or the company's red bookmark.
- Pay directly at the company
Sales staff will confirm with customers total amount of the services that you need to pay. You come to the Halong Express Travel’s headquarters office, meet business staff to check the payment and receive the receipt.
- Online payment
On the website http://halongexpresstravel.com
, you select the tour by filling in the booking form, click the tour and confirm the registration information. As soon as we received your registration, we will confirm by sending an email to your email. By the time, you can choose payment method, enter personal information, when successful payment will be transferred to the confirmation page of Halong Express Travel. In case of cancellation or refund when making payment online, Halong Express Travel will refund to you through Onepay payment gateway (bank to bank), do not make cash refund.
- Cancellation by Halong Express Travel
If Halong Express Travel does not make the trip, we must immediately notify the customer and pay back to customer the full amount that the customer has payed within 3 days from the cancellation of travel by cash or bank transfer.
- In case of cancellation of tickets by customers
- More than 45 days before the trip: No charge.
- Cancellation before 30 - 45 days: 10% of total tour price.
- Cancellation before 15 - 29 days: 40% of total tour price.
- Cancellation before 7 - 14 days: 60% of total tour price.
- Within 7 days before the arrival: 100 % of total tour price.
Cancellation of the trip must be notified directly to the company or by email and must be confirmed by the company. Cancellations by telephone will not be accepted.
In case of cancellations due to objective incidents such as natural disasters, epidemics, epidemics, etc. Halong Express Travel will not be responsible for any compensation beyond the refund of the tour, maximum deductions can be reduced depending on the conditions of each service provider for Halong Express Travel. Travel cancellation is calculated based on working days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays). The above cancellation conditions do not apply to holidays such as Tet, Independence’s day.
Children under 2 years: free of charge on tour price.
Children from 2 to 5 years old: Buy 50% of total tour price.
Children from 5 to 9 years old: Buy 75% of total tour price.
: Travel tickets do not include: Tax, bed sleep mode. 2 adults only accompanied by 1 child. In the case of 2 children, the second child is required to collect the adult price for extra bed.
Tour price includes travel insurance. Compensation (if any) will be made by the insurer in accordance with regulations - rules for travel insurance.
If customers need more medical, human and property insurance, customers must register in advance and pay additional amount depending on the level of insurance that you desire for Halong Express Travel at least 03 days before the trip start.
We will not be responsible for loss of property during the whole trip, the costs incurred when the delegation encountered natural disasters such as: demonstrations, earthquakes, floods, storms, fire Diseases, epidemics, adverse weather. In addition, we will not be liable for damages, loss, delays or damage to personal property that are unrelated to the services we provide such as: flight delay, cancellation or issue of temporary residence registration.
